Being LATE means a waste of HARDWORK
I was going to Mumbai by train to attend the marriage ceremony of my friend. I left my home at around 8 AM and boarded the NBSTC bus. At Malda, I got struck in a traffic jam for about 1.5 hours. At around 12:30 PM, the bus reached the Howrah station. My eyes fell on a train which was about to leave the station. I assumed that that train would go to Mumbai. Hence, I boarded that train. At around 2:30 PM when the train reaced Bhopal station, I suddenly realised that that was not the expected stopage of Howrah-Mumbai train. I realised that I had boarded a wrong train and got off from the train immediately. I knew that I was already running out of time. I used my Google Assistant to figure out other trains that can take me to my destination. Luckily or unluckily I found that the next train would arrive at this station within 5 hours. Having nothing better to do, I spent those 5 hours in the railway waiting hall. Whe the train arrived, I quickly boarded the train. But oh! the train had no more free seats available. I had to travel the whole journey to Mumbai standing in the free spaces available. I reached my friend's house next day at around 5 AM. The marriage ceremony was over 5 hours ago and no more food was left. I merely greeted my friend and returned back home with an empty stomach. Indeed that was a wondeful experience.
